"My time here has been incredible and has certainly elevated my love of acting while giving me the tools to be able to work in the industry."

Carl, Graduating student of 2023

What can I expect?

Term one focuses on actor training. You will develop a truthful, organic approach to screen performance rooted in Meisner and the later work of Stanislavski, sharpening your instincts and building a technique that holds up on camera.

Term two shifts to working with the camera. Scene study, adapting to technical demands and working with direction. We also introduce dedicated industry sessions covering casting, representation, self-taping, and how to build and manage a career as a professional actor.

The programme finishes with a professionally filmed and edited scene for your showreel.

The acting training is led by Luke Marquez, who has spent over a decade developing actors for screen and theatre. The industry sessions are taught by Hannah Marquez, a working talent agent who brings first hand knowledge of how the industry works into every session.

Train around your life

Final Cut runs on Wednesday evenings and the first Saturday of each month. You do not need to give up your job or put your life on hold.
