Tiered Pricing: We understand that everyone's financial situation is different, and we believe that shouldn't be a barrier to accessing quality training. That's why we've introduced tiered pricing for our beginner's courses, giving you the flexibility to choose a price that suits your budget. Subsidised Rate: If finances are tight, don't sweat it. Choose this rate, and we'll welcome you into our training, no questions asked. Standard Rate: For those who are in a position to do so, selecting this rate helps us keep our courses running and accessible to everyone. Pay It Forward Rate: If you're feeling generous and have the means, consider this rate. Your contribution will support our subsidised pricing and scholarships, helping others to access our training. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancel payment or contract within 14 days of booking without any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days from contract conclusion, marked by full payment. To cancel, inform Actors' Institute via email before the 14-day period ends. Effects of Cancellation: Cancelling within the 14-day period ensures a full refund, processed no later than 14 days post-cancellation, using the original payment method, at no extra cost. If services commenced during the cancellation period, you'll pay a proportionate amount based on services rendered until cancellation notice, against the total contract coverage. Refunds: Withdraw from a workshop or course up to 14 days before its start for a full refund. Email office@actorsinstitute.co.uk with course and date details for a refund, processed within 10 working days. Post-course commencement, refunds are unavailable, with fees being non-refundable under all circumstances.
